💼 What You’ll Do
Provide behavioral and mental health support to students with disabilities
Assist with evaluations and implement individualized behavior plans
Support crisis response and de-escalation strategies
Collaborate with educators and behavioral specialists to meet student goals
✅ What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent
Current or prior Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
2+ years of pediatric experience (preferred)
CPR certification & TB test (if applicable)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be 18+ years old
