In this role, you will be instrumental in the BIW Department, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting -edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Lead the engineering development of door closure systems across all phases of the vehicle lifecycle—from concept, design, validation, to launch.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Collaborate closely with ESP and VinFast internal teams during development and validation phases to ensure technical targets, timelines, and quality standards are met.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Work in a cross -functional environment with suppliers, external contractors, and internal stakeholders to design, modify, and validate closure components and systems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Establish and maintain technical direction and engineering standards for the Door Closures domain, aligning with the broader Body Engineering organization to support VinFast’s rapid growth and global objectives.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Drive technical resolution, issue management, and engineering deliverables for closure systems on future model programs, ensuring full compliance with VinFast Engineering Requirements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Support organizational goals by defining departmental strategies, mentoring team members, and building capabilities in closure system design, integration, and validation.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
10+years experience in automotive or related industries.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Experience on directing a team or department<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering).<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Demonstrated agility in operating within matrix organizations and teams.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
High proficiency in written and spoken English.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Highly organized<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Effective communicator and able to build strong relationships with cross -functional teams from different areas of the company and with the key supplier.<\/span><\/span>

Motivational skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
In -depth knowledge in Door Closures engineering<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Highly motivated, self -starter, and active learner with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in multi -national relationships.<\/span><\/span>

Demonstrate a high degree of resilience and ability to deal with high pressure situations using a logical data driven approach.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Be accountable for delivery and demonstrate strong organizational skills.<\/span><\/span>
