End User Device Engineer
Location: Kidlington
Rate: Up to £250 per day Umbrella
Contract until end of March 2026 with possible extension

An experienced End User Device Engineer is required to support a busy ICT environment, delivering high-quality end user support and ensuring services are maintained in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.

The Role
Provide hands-on support across end user devices, working closely with ICT teams, business users and third-party suppliers to minimise disruption and maintain a strong user experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide 2nd line end user device support
• Resolve incidents, requests and problems within agreed SLAs
• Support Windows 10 devices, laptops, desktops and smartphones
• Identify trends and recurring issues, escalating where required
• Support moves, projects, events and technology refresh activity
• Maintain and update documentation and knowledge articles
• Follow asset management and ICT governance processes
• Identify and suggest service improvements

Required Skills and Experience
• Experience in ICT operational or EUD support roles
• Strong Windows 10, desktop, laptop and mobile device support experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple locations
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable
• ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification
• Experience using ServiceNow
