L.7 Engineer - HDT chassis production

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieving the production targets in truck assembly 
2. Experience in handling manpower planning and crisis management
3. Strong believer and implementer of continuous improvements.
4. Responsible for vehicle roll out with targeted FTT from assembly line in respective area or zones
5. Adhere and sustain the high standard process and product quality for assembly 
6. Should be able to train & guide the blue collar associates 
7. Should be able to comprehend issues related to quality and take effective counter measures 
8. Implementing new techniques to improve the productivity
9. Upkeep the Quality management systems (IATF, etc)
10. Optimizing the utilization of Machines and equipment.
11. Ensure 5S and discipline on shop floor
12. Maintaining production tools and equipments
13. Exposure to  Manufacturing Systems (Similar to SAP or MES)

Knowledge & Skills Required:

1. Hands on experience in truck assembly 
2. Should know the truck assembly & Sub assy process
3. Knowledge of equipments and its basic maintenance 
4. Knowledge in scheduling and sequencing process for assembly
5. Should have  trouble shooting experience in Truck assembly process.

Other abilities

1. Communication ability / Articulate
2. Flexible in approach and open to new ideas

Educational Qualification - Diploma  (Electrical Electronics /Mechatronics/Automobiles/Mechanical)

Experience (if required) - 6 to 10 years
