Husqvarna Group is looking for a process-oriented and customer-focused professional to join us as Logistics Process Engineer. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and optimizing our global logistics operations - ensuring that our warehouse and distribution processes deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for our customers.

About the Role

As Logistics Process Engineer, you will act as the vital link between customer expectations and logistics execution. You’ll work closely with logistics leads, commercial teams, and external partners to ensure our operations are aligned with customer needs and continuously improving.

You’ll contribute to initiatives that translate customer requirements into operational processes, optimize logistics performance, and support the development of a scalable, standardized logistics model to enable growth. Your focus will span process leadership, customer service alignment, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and governance & reporting - ensuring transparency and accountability across our logistics network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Standardize and optimize warehouse and distribution processes across regions

  • Translate customer needs into efficient logistics solutions

  • Monitor logistics performance and drive improvements in delivery, packaging, and documentation

  • Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for service issues

  • Apply Lean principles to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure alignment and continuous improvement

  • Travelling to warehouse locations as needed

Location

This position is based at our office in Huskvarna, Sweden. We offer a flexible hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week in the office.

About You

We’re looking for a logistics professional with a strong process mindset and a passion for service excellence. You thrive in complex, global environments and have a proven ability to drive performance and process improvements across warehouse and distribution networks.

You are analytical, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, with a deep understanding of logistics operations and customer expectations.

In addition, you bring:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience in warehouse and distribution operations across multiple geographies

  • Proven track record in driving service excellence and process optimization in a global context

  • Experience supporting retail, B2C, and marketplace customers

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global functions

  • Familiarity with WMS and SAP systems is a strong advantage

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Swedish is a plus
