As a Maintenance Technician at our Norton Service Center, you will help maintain the reliability, performance, and safety of our wash operations by:
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment
Completing preventive maintenance and routine inspections
Supporting facility upkeep including plumbing, painting, drywall, cleaning, and general repairs
Working with the maintenance team to resolve recurring equipment issues
Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca safety standards
Following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures consistently and accurately
We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on technician who brings strong mechanical and electrical experience. The ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Understanding of OSHA safety requirements and LOTO
Electrical skills in schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and control systems
Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful
Ability to work occasional overtime based on business need
Norton operates one shift:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
