We are looking for an experienced Staff Engineer to lead mission -critical domain engineering across multiple trading and investment platforms, including CFD Trading Backend, Gold Trading Platform, Wealth Platform, and Payments/Middleware integrations.

This role is central to building high -performance, low -latency, and scalable backend systems that power real -time trading and financial services across our ecosystem.<\/span>

Job Responsibilties:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>

  • Backend Ownership:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Architect and lead backend systems for CFD trading, including pricing services, risk routing, and order execution pipelines.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Gold Trading Platform:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Drive backend modernization and integration initiatives using <\/span><\/span>Odoo<\/span><\/span><\/b> and custom microservices.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Wealth Platform Architecture:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Oversee and scale brokerage, ETF, and portfolio management services.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Middleware Development:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Design robust, high -availability middleware that connects multiple business domains to <\/span><\/span>Stratos OMS/EMS<\/span><\/span><\/b>, <\/span><\/span>PrimeXM<\/span><\/span><\/b>, <\/span><\/span>MT5<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and external <\/span><\/span>liquidity providers<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Architecture Governance:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Establish and enforce standards for <\/span><\/span>domain -driven design (DDD)<\/span><\/span><\/b> and service boundaries across business units.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Performance & Scalability:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Deliver horizontally scalable, resilient backend systems that meet <\/span><\/span>sub -200ms latency SLAs<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Technical Leadership:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Mentor engineering teams, contribute to design reviews, and promote best practices in distributed systems and performance optimization.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    What We’re Looking For<\/b>
    <\/div>

    • 6+ years of experience in backend engineering with at least 3 years in a staff or principal role.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proven experience in designing and scaling financial or trading systems<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Deep understanding of domain -driven design<\/b>, distributed systems<\/b>, and real -time data processing<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong command over latency optimization<\/b>, fault tolerance<\/b>, and horizontal scaling<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of working across multiple product and infrastructure teams.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    • Languages & Frameworks:<\/b> .NET Core (primary), Golang (desirable), Python (for risk tooling)
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Architecture:<\/b> Microservices, event -driven systems
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Protocols & APIs:<\/b> FIX, WebSocket, gRPC
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Data & Messaging:<\/b> Redis, Kafka/Event Hubs, caching & profiling tools
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Cloud & Infrastructure:<\/b> Azure Cloud, CI/CD automation
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Focus Areas:<\/b> Low -latency design, high -throughput transaction processing, performance benchmarking
