ServiceNow Developer (AI & Automation)

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in AI-driven automation to design, build, and optimize intelligent workflows. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI capabilities and deliver scalable solutions that drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  

• Implement use cases using:
  

  • Now Assist
    

  • Virtual Agent
    

  • Predictive Intelligence
    

  • Agentic AI
    

• Customize workflows, business rules, scripts, and conversational flows
  

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance performance of AI-powered applications
  

• Collaborate closely with functional, technical, and platform teams
  

• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  

• Strong exposure to ServiceNow AI features (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence)
  

• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and platform architecture
  

• Experience with ITSM or other ServiceNow modules
  

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
