About the role

We are seeking an experienced Training Materials Developer to support the development and maintenance of high‑quality training materials across our operations. This role will work closely with operational, HSEQ and technical stakeholders to develop clear, engaging and compliant training content that supports competency, safety and operational excellence.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in technical training or instructional design within a manufacturing, industrial or HSEQ‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and maintain training materials across paper and digital formats (docs, video, e-learning).
  • Work with subject matter experts (SME) and stakeholders to capture and translate technical / process content into practical learning resources.
  • Manage and keep training content current in electronic learning management systems, ensuring compliance and relevance.
  • Prioritise module creation based on operational needs and compliance gaps.
  • Track, monitor, and report on the training system performance

The successful candidate will have

  • Cert IV TAE (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain (experience considered)
  • Demonstrated experience developing and / or delivering training materials for varied audiences
  • Strong capability with digital content tools and platforms (LMS, document systems, basic video / interactive content)
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex information
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail; able to manage and prioritise multiple deadlines
