Wet Services Project Engineer

Job Description

Job Title:

Wet Services Project Engineer. 

Qualification:

BSc or BTech in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Wet Services Design and project management. MEPF Building services experience highly advantageous.

Candidates engineer with ECSA. 

Professionally registered with ECSA highly advantageous

Autodesk software experience such as Revit and AutoCAD Software experience advantageous .

Bluebeam experience advantageous.

Solid knowledge of SANS 10252 and SANS 10400 and supplemental knowledge of the equivalent.

CIBSE/BS/ASPE codes highly advantageous.

Solid and demonstrated experience in project budgets, valuation certificates and cost reports.

Solid and demonstrated experience in tender documents, measuring of Bills of Quantities (BOQ’s) and compiling JB C-based tender documents.
