We’re after a proper Air Conditioning Engineer — someone who’s confident with fault-finding, technical diagnostics, and getting systems back online.
You’ll be covering London and the Home Counties, working on high-spec sites like hotels, offices, arenas, and prestigious venues (Wimbledon’s on the list).
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You’ll be carrying out PPMs, fault-finding, pressure testing, and replacing major components like compressors and PCBs. You’ll work across VRV/VRF systems, close control units, AHUs, and splits, handling breakdowns and diagnostics solo.
You’ll be trusted to manage your time, your paperwork, and your comms without micromanagement. If you know your way around a proper AC system, you’ll fit in well here.
At least 5 years’ experience with a specialist A/C contractor
Confident with diagnostics and major swaps (not just minor callouts)
Full UK driving licence
A background in technical A/C servicing — not general FM
Solid communication and time management — you’ll be trusted to run your own jobs
£42,000 – £50,000 salary depending on experience
Structured bonus scheme – earn up to £4,000/year
22 days holiday + bank holidays
Call-out rota: 1 in 12
Regular and encouraged overtime
Van provided (personal use at 25p/mile)
Phone, tablet, tools, and uniform all included
Pension after probation
You’ll also get a clear set of expectations and a bonus system that actually rewards performance — from client reviews to job completion standards.
If this sounds like the kind of role that fits your skill set, don’t overthink it — send over your CV (or whatever version you’ve got) and we’ll take it from there.
