As a Behavior Technician, you will support students with special needs through structured behavioral interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). - Total hours per week: 35–40 hours
- Duration of Contract: School Year 2025–2026
Bonuses
- Monthly Bonus: $150.00–$300.00

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Basic understanding of ABA principles (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to follow behavior plans under BCBA supervision
- Patience, reliability, and a passion for helping others
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Work directly with students to implement ABA-based behavioral strategies
- Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBA
- Accurately collect and record behavioral data
- Support students in developing communication, social, and life skills
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators and staff
- Ensure safety and well-being of all students under your care
