As a Behavior Technician, you will support students with special needs through structured behavioral interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).   • Duration of Contract: School Year 2025–2026

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of ABA principles (training provided if needed)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to follow behavior plans under BCBA supervision
  • Patience, reliability, and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with students to implement ABA-based behavioral strategies
  • Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBA
  • Accurately collect and record behavioral data
  • Support students in developing communication, social, and life skills
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators and staff
  • Ensure safety and well-being of all students under your care
