Job Description

HR Consulting Partners is currently seeking a Dynamics 365 Engineer to join the ICT Division of our client - a leading operator in the aviation industry. The role is based in Sofia and offers the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of a major infrastructure asset operating in a high-security and regulated environment.

Role Overview

The Dynamics 365 Engineer will be responsible for platform administration, support, customization, and configuration. The role involves working closely with internal teams to evaluate system requirements, support training, and identify solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This is a dynamic, growth-oriented environment that requires flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with evolving processes and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical administration and maintenance of the MS Dynamics 365 environment, including system updates, backups, and security controls.
• Manage and maintain user access, security roles, and system configurations.
• Act as a first line of support for system-related incidents and service requests, including escalation handling.
• Collaborate with various business units to translate functional requirements into system solutions and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improved system configuration.
• Support ongoing and new implementations of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules.
• Conduct functional testing for changes to ensure platform stability.
• Assist in user training and onboarding; support users in basic functionalities such as data entry and reporting.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure system security compliance.
• Liaise with vendors and partners to support the delivery of technical solutions and business requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator or engineer.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Finance and Operations modules in MS Dynamics.
• Knowledge of security roles and team administration in Dynamics 365.
• Good understanding of customization, configuration, and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with SQL Server and database management.
• Experience supporting business-critical systems and working in structured IT service environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies.
