Sign-on bonus of $1,500 is specific to this position and paid in three equal installments at 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months of employment. Work schedules may include Saturdays, based on property performance needs such as occupancy levels, leasing activity, and rent collections.
When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.
Employees are expected to support leasing efforts, resident engagement, and rent collection activities during scheduled weekend hours.
