What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot drainage problems, and provide timely resolutions
• Utilize camera inspections to accurately assess drain lines and identify issues
• Install, maintain, clean, and repair drain systems
• Inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and water quality
• Provide accurate cost estimates and explain findings to customers

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1+ year of experience as a Drain Technician or Plumbing Helper
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
• Physical dexterity to perform job duties effectively
