We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Node.js/React/React Native Engineer to join a dynamic and innovative financial technology company. In this role, you will be an integral part of an agile team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product owners and other stakeholders to deliver robust, reliable, and user-friendly solutions. Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and Node.js.
● Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
● Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of applications across platforms.
● Write reusable, testable, and efficient code for both web and mobile projects.
● Write and maintain unit tests as part of the development lifecycle.
● Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
● Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
● Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices.
Requirements
Technical Skills
● 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack with React and Node.js.
● Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile app development.
● Experience with mobile app distribution: preparing builds, publishing to App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android), and managing releases for testing and production.
● Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and related frameworks.
● Proficiency in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
● Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
● Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
● Experience writing unit tests for both web and mobile codebases.
● Familiarity with cloud services (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure also acceptable).
● Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to own full projects from beginning to end.
● Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.
