Analog and Digital circuit design
Printed circuit board layout, build, and testing
High voltage, radio-frequency and in-vacuum applications
Define and plan analog design activities and associated milestones
Collaboration with team members to establish requirements, evaluate design concepts, and conduct design reviews.
Execute physical layout to minimize the impact of parasitics, device stress, and process variation
Preparation of comprehensive design and manufacturing documentation.
Design and implementation of validation strategies to ensure high quality, long service life designs.
Generation of project and technical investigation reports.
Identification and selection of alternate/equivalent components as needed to sustain production.
Root cause investigation and failure mode analysis of product issues raised through customer complaint and/or manufacturing escalations.
Implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement projects.
Establishment and adherence to standard departmental practices.
Leadership and coaching in areas of expertise.
Minimum Qualifications:
B. Eng., Electrical Engineering (Master’s or PhD preferred).
Minimum 15 years of experience in design, development and manufacturing of complex analog and digital circuits.
A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Circuit Design and Layout tools (DipTrace, or similar).
Knowledge of SPICE simulators and simulation m
Experience with:
Design For Manufacturing and Service
Software and Firmware experience
Production support and Sustaining Engineering
Design Controls / Quality System / ISO 13485
