Senior Full Stack Developer — React / .NET / Azure
You’ll be joining a small agile team building a strategic platform used by multiple businesses across manufacturing, operations and supply chain. The platform is actively evolving, the work is real, and the technical decisions matter.
We work in a hybrid way because we believe good engineers value both collaboration and focus. Some conversations are simply better in person, while deep technical work often benefits from uninterrupted time. We aim to strike the balance sensibly rather than forcing process for the sake of it.
We’re looking for a senior engineer who is comfortable operating across the full stack — someone who can move between frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure and engineering practices without needing heavy direction.
You’ll work closely with the Product Owner and Architecture to shape solutions, make pragmatic architectural decisions, and help improve the maturity of our engineering capability over time.
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes solving problems properly, values clean and maintainable systems, and enjoys working with capable people in a low-ego environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Designing and building full stack applications and services
- Developing and supporting modern React frontends and .NET backend services
- Working with APIs, integrations and cloud infrastructure in Azure
- Helping shape technical direction and architecture
- Making pragmatic engineering decisions that balance delivery speed, quality and maintainability
- Improving observability, reliability and engineering practices over time
- Supporting continuous improvement across delivery and development workflows
- Mentoring and supporting other developers in the team
- Contributing to future software initiatives across the wider business
