1) Hands-on experience in Software Development, Bug fixing, Test plan preparation, Test automation, and Testing
2) HCI domain experience or Cloud experience
3) Technology stack experience: minimum Java 8+, Springboot, Python, Postgres
4) Good set of Debugging skills.
